Crystal Healing follows the laying of the stones method created by Melody ‘Love is in the Earth’.

The power and energetic vibration of the mineral kingdom is used by placing the stones on chakra points on and around the body, within a crystal array in the room. An intention or goal can be set beforehand and can be worked through during the practice.

 

The crystals are a lovely way to take time out to relax and re-energise.

 

At the end of the session, a crystal recommendation will also be given.
