All my services are spiritually-based which I believe was the crucial component often missing whilst working in the UK healthcare sector. I love bringing an unique approach — one that is focused on self-inspiration and which embodies the physical, spiritual, and emotional aspects of wellbeing. I often use a combination of coaching and spiritual guidance and tailor my sessions to your emotional and spiritual needs.

Angelic Reiki Healing

Angelic Reiki is a powerful – yet gentle, healing system that allows very high vibrational energies, Intelligent Beings of Light in the Angelic Realm to work upon your body to help release physical, ancestral, emotional and karmic imbalances across all times and incarnations. A consultation is given before and after the healing session to allow space to explain the process and any spiritual messages that came through during the session.

 

Soul Guidance Tarot Reading

I provide a welcoming environment whether in-person or online for you to explore what is brought to your awareness. Reflection and increased self-awareness can bring deep healing to you. My approach is collaborative and conversational as I encourage you to trust and enhance your intuition. This is an empowering experience as your sovereignty is at the heart of every reading, hence the soul guidance approach which honours this. 

 

Life Coaching 

1:1 coaching with me allows you greater flexibility and control over the pace of your transformational journey. Life coaching aims to focus on aspects of your mind, body and soul that you wish to improve or transform. I will be here to support and guide you through the changes. Your cheerleader, spiritual guide and sometimes motivational speaker here to make sure you safely cross the bridge from where you currently are to where you want to be.
