Manoj Koeri

Hi, I'm Manoj, 

I’m a Yoga teacher, Gong and Crystal Bowl practitioner and Ayurvedic therapist based in Birmingham in the UK. I have been teaching Hatha, Classical kundalini, Kirtan and Yin Yoga for almost 5 years.

I am delighted to be offering a wide range of Ayurvedic therapies at Space to help people feel empowered to take charge of their own health, using a wide range of holistic treatments. Ayurveda is “the science of life” and is the oldest medical science which takes a complete holistic approach to life and well-being, governed by the cycles of nature.

It is recommended to make these therapies a regular part of your well-being regime and/or a series if seeking to treat specific issues in the body.

In addition, to certain massages, specialised marma therapy can be added to help release mental and physical blockages of energy, treat and then strengthen specific organs and systems and remove toxins from the body.

 

Each treatment has it’s own specific benefits, which I will be able to support you with to make an informed choice to make for your needs.

The general benefits that Ayurvedic therapy can help include,

  • Reducing muscle tension and pain,

  • Improves circulation of prana and strength

Creating what you need to feel balanced and more alighted with your “prakriti” our true

original state, and while working on your “vikriti”, your current state and imbalances will be

at the forefront of every treatment.

Our first consultation we will discuss a treatment you have in mind, and I will be able to create a treatment plan individualised to you, using specific medicated warm oils, strokes and temperatures to ensure you have the most nourishing experience possible. I will send across a form and questionnaire which will allow us to discover what your body type is, which will advise me on how to deliver the treatment. It will give me an opportunity to support you with some general advice to complement therapy, based on your “dosha.”

 

From our first contact and ongoing through your care with me, you can expect a considerate, friendly, compassionate approach and we work together to create an individual plan that is bespoke to you and your individual needs.
