Leg Injury

TASH NATRINS

Hi, I’m Tash.

I am a Chartered Physiotherapist specialising in Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapy, with additional qualifications in Sports Massage, Western Medical Acupuncture (dry needling) and 200hr Yoga Teacher Training. Since starting my career in 2013, I have gained extensive experience in both the NHS and private sectors, working with a huge variety of patients to manage and rehabilitate aches, pains and injuries.

My passion is helping adults of all ages get back to doing what they love, re-gaining their independence and addressing personal health and lifestyle goals. I treat a wide variety of MSK problems including (but not limited to):

  • Sports injuries

  • Back pain

  • Sciatica

  • Shoulder problems

  • Elbow pain such as tennis and golfers elbow

  • Hip and knee pain

  • Foot and ankle conditions

  • Arthritis

  • Rehabilitation following a range of orthopedic surgery e.g. hip and knee replacement surgery

  • Neck pain and whiplash

  • Postural pain

I understand how joint pains, soft tissue problems and sports injuries can impact your life and I am here to do all I can to help you get back on track.

Treatment with me will include an in-depth assessment, allowing me to diagnose the problem and form a management plan. This will often include a progressive rehabilitation exercise plan, pain management advice and manual therapies. We will also discuss the number of follow-up treatment sessions you are likely to need, which will vary from person to person.

I would love to discuss your specific needs further, please contact me if you have any questions at all info@natrinsphysiotherapy.com

SERVICES

Physiotherapy Treatment

Initial Assessment: £70 - 45 mins             Follow-up: £45 - 25 mins

The initial assessment consists of gaining a thorough history about your issue and any medical/medication history. You will have a thorough physical assessment and we will discuss your diagnosis. We will create a treatment plan that you feel comfortable and happy with, and I will provide you with any initial exercises. To give the best possible treatment, I recommend assessing one issue/injury per initial assessment to allow full time and attention for each problem.

It’s helpful if you can bring any relevant scan reports or medical investigations associated with your injury. Please note, if you have had an operation or been under consultant care following a traumatic injury (e.g. fracture), I will require a consultant letter outlining your management plan.

Sports and Deep Tissue Massage

80 mins - £80       50 mins - £60

As an alternative to physiotherapy, I can offer stand-alone sports and deep tissue massage. This is a great option for anyone feeling aches and pains, sore and a bit beaten down by life and in need of some pampering! Whether you have stiff shoulders after caring for your kids all day, or backache from being stuck at a desk, or muscle soreness from going hard at the gym, then book in for some R&R.

Prior to initial visits I will send you a new client form to fill in. And before your treatment we will have a brief discussion to identify the key areas you need me to address.

To book please contact Space Therapies at info@spacetherapies.co.uk or you can book online using the BOOK NOW buttons.
