I’m an integrative therapist who uses the following approaches within my practice: Gestalt, Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioural (CBT).

 

I often use Psychodynamic and Gestalt Therapy in my practice. The psychodynamic approach helps you explore the patterns you repeat in relationships, which is often linked to past experiences and relationships. Gestalt therapy focuses you developing a deeper self-awareness by exploring what is happening for you in the 'here and now.'

£55 per session

 

Concession rates:

£50 for trainees and students; £45 for low-income clients
