2026 welcomes back the deeply intuitive Paula Anthony to Space Therapies for some special Saturday mornings of Reiki Healing & Indian Head Massage. On the above dates, Paula will be offering 1:1 Reiki sessions & Indian Head Massage from 9am to 1pm.
For those feeling stretched thin, energetically stuck, or simply in need of rest, Paula’s healing sessions offer a chance to reset gently and powerfully.
A RETURN TO BALANCE
Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive form of energy healing that supports the body’s natural ability to heal. Rooted in Japanese tradition, Reiki works with universal life force energy to rebalance the body, calm the mind, and soothe the emotional landscape.|
During a session, Paula will place her hands lightly on or just above the body, working intuitively to release blockages, restore flow, and support the nervous system. Clients often describe her sessions as calming, insightful, and energetically transformative.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Each session with Paula lasts 50 minutes and is tailored to what you bring into the room. Whether you’re feeling physically depleted, emotionally overwhelmed, or disconnected from your sense of self, Paula creates space for you to land — gently, safely, and with deep presence.
Reiki Healing – 50 minutes | £40 Includes consultation, intuitive healing, and grounding integration.

With over 20 years of experience in holistic health and wellbeing, Paula brings warmth, wisdom, and sensitivity to her work. She has trained extensively in Reiki and various complementary practices and is committed to offering healing that meets you where you are.
Her presence is calm, grounded, and deeply reassuring — and she’s known within our community for her ability to hold space for grief, stress, trauma, and transition.

Paula has recently trained in Indian Head Massage and wishes to offer her 30 minute treatments for a special price of £25. She is newly qualified in this modality and wishes to gain insight and experience into the therapy, before increasing her prices.
